Shipping FAQ

LEAD TIME:

Please select a delivery date, or write a delivery date in the note section when checking out. Our lead time is 1-2 business days, depending on how many orders we are processing. This excludes time in transit, when shipping. 

For nationwide shipping, we use The Courier Guy to bring your order to your doorstep. Your order will be processed in Potchefstroom and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been collected by the courier. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is at the courier, it will take 1-3 business days to reach you. 

The following is applicable on weekdays only:

If your order is placed and paid before 9AM: Your order will be processed on the same day. The Courier Guy offers next day delivery to major centres in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and the Free Sate. All other orders will take 2-3 business days to arrive.

If you place your order after 9AMYour order will be processed on the next business day. The Courier Guy offers next day delivery to major centres in Gauteng, North West and the Free Sate. All other orders will take 2-3 business days to arrive, after they arrive at the courier.

MY ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE:

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest selecting your preferred delivery date 1-2 days before you need your order. We take utmost care to deliver your order on your preferred delivery date. However, since we use a third party courier-partner, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive your order on your preferred delivery date.

The Courier Guy offers next day delivery to major centres in Gauteng, North West and the Free Sate. All other orders will take 2-3 business days to arrive, after they arrive at the courier. 

If you are located in a remote outlying area, please take pre-caution by adding a 1-2 additional days to your preferred delivery date. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

A waybill number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is at the courier. You can check the progress of your order using the waybill number emailed to you. If you encounter any problems, contact us or The Courier Guy for an update on your order.

Please make sure your phone number is filled in correctly. This is how The Courier Guy will contact you upon delivery.

Please note Oh My Fudge That's Good (OMF) will not be held liable if your order arrives later than the time periods stipulated above. OMF is not responsible for the handling of your parcel after it is in the possession of the courier. Orders are placed at own risk and liability. By placing an order online, you agree to these terms.
